There could be a number of things incorrect with this file.
Check the CHMOD on it - does it allow the execution of the file?
Check the code, as well - is it accessing anything it shouldn't?

My web host is ipower. i link simple php file but its not working... it returns 500 internal server error...?
If ipower is any good they will have free 24 hr online support. Use it.
