i have been doing some research and all i can find are affiliate sites so i need some user reviews and the uses out there are confusing me HELP!

I host alll my sites at www.3ix.com they have Cpanel with fantastico so you can set up forums, blogs etc. I have had no problems with them and they have been prompt to reply when I do contact them with a question.

I've got my own sites and several clients over at HostGator, and I've been pretty happy with not only the features and performance, but the responsiveness of their tech support team. And being a software engineer, I've fired away with some pretty technical questions at times.





I'd recommend getting your domain name registration and hosting from two separate places, just to give you leverage and a Plan B if you need to switch. I'd go with NetworkSolutions as the domain registrar. They're not the cheapest, but really, sometimes you get what you pay for, right?

Reply:I use EKM Powershop for my online shop, I used to use 1%26amp;1 who I found to be awful when things went wrong, firstly the support was naff and secondly even if you got through to someone they didn't seem to understand or care. I moved to EKM and haven't looked, I have had my problems but the support has helped me through it very quickly and I've not had any live down time so far:
