I just changed my web host but i dont know how to change my nameserver for my domian name to the new one?

That information is stored in your domain registrar (directnic.com / godaddy.com / internic.com). Find out what the new name servers are going to be. Log into whatever site you registered your domain at and go into the control panel. There should be the option there to change your name servers.
